The building:
Modern corner eight-story construction from the sixties with an elevator, located in between Comunas Recoleta and Palermo of the city of Buenos Aires, close to Plaza Güemes and Plaza Unidad Latinoamericana.
Location:
In what was the frontier between the new development (circa 1820’s) of Barcelona, called “L’Eixample” (the expansion) and the old village of Gracia. The perfect place to enjoy the best of both worlds. On one hand close to all the modernist buildings, five minutes walking distance from Gaudi’s well known works on the Paseo de Gracia, specially “La Pedrera”, the first stop on any Gaudi tour in Barcelona; and all of the most elegant, upscale shopping in the city. On the other hand all the benefits and advantages of living in a small charming Old World town; complete with small town squares, local old style markets and little cafes and restaurants.
Being in the heart of Barcelona you are walking distance to nearly everything of interest in town and also very well connected with lots of buses, metro and subway lines.

Booking fee: 15 dollars due to management expenses.
Breakage or damage deposit: The owner asks for a deposit as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
For stays shorter than one month: cost of 335.00 US dollars will be requested as deposit
For stays of one month: cost of 670.00 US dollars will be requested as deposit
For stays longer than one month: cost of 1000.00 US dollars will be requested as deposit.
Guests must return the apartment in the same clean conditions in which it was presented upon arrival. The inclusion of cleaning services in the price of the rent does not revoke the obligation of guests to leave the property in the same conditions upon arrival.
If the property is returned in an inadequate state of order and cleanliness, the owner is authorized to deduct from the deposit the cost of cleaning necessary to return the property to its original condition.
General Check in time: Normal check in time is from 14:00Hs onward. If guests arrive prior to the check in time and the apartment is vacant, they may organize and early check in with no charge. Check in can be made between 9:00Hs to 21:00Hs.
Check out time: Check out time is at 10:00Hs.
On arrival all payments must be made cash in US dollars.
Please note: Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights: These changes must be advised prior to arrival.
Once pre-payment has been made, which confirms a reservation, the reduction of the number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 25.00 euros administration fee for the recalculation of pricing.
But if the number of nights or of guests is reduced between 7 days prior to the arrival and the arrival - recalculation of the price is not possible.

Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona and to enjoy the stay. Clients MUST RESPECT the neighbours, as the apartment is in a residential block. No parties are allowed in the apartment, party outside. If the neighbours complain or the police is called it will result in immediate eviction without refund.
