Mamma Mia

The Musical Mamma Mia, based on the songs of ABBA, was written by British playwright Catherine Johnson and composed by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. The musical premiere was in 1999 in London and many other productions have been made in many different countries and languages. Also there has been a stage-to-film adaptation presented this 2008 with Meryl Streep playing the role of single mother Donna, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, and Stellan Skarsgård as the three potential fathers and Amanda Seyfeild as Donna’s daughter Sophie.
The musical includes different songs of  the musicla group ABBA, very popular in the 70's and 80's  as “Mamma Mia”, "Super Trouper", "Dancing Queen", "Knowing Me, Knowing You", "Thank You for the Music", "Money, Money, Money", "The Winner Takes It All", "Voulez Vous", "I Have a Dream" and "SOS".
The musical play starts in a small Greek Island where Sophie a  young 20-year-old girl lives with her mother Donna, a single mother, who runs a hotel called Villa Donna. Sophie is planning to marry Sky and wants her father to be present on her wedding, but she does not know the father. Sophie found her mother’s diary from 20 years ago with all stories, and she concludes that the father may be one of three menthat appear in the diary: Sam Carmichael, Harry Bright or Bill Anderson. Sophie mails invitations to the three without telling either the mother or her fiancé. All three men come to the island, thinking that Donna had asked them to come, but Sophie force them to agree not to reveal that she wrote the invitations pretending to be her mother.

Quidam - Cirque du Soleil

This production of the Cirque du Soleil turns around the imagination of Zoe, a sad young girl to whom her parents give no attention. In her solititude and lonelinessshe dreams to attempt to escape from her sad world. in her escape she creates the world of Quidam, a man without a head that has an umbrella and a bowler hat. Quidam represents a dual character, carrying positive feelings and resentment that makes confront our dreams with our nightmares, our frailties and our anguish. The word quidam comes from the Latin meaning a certain person, a certain thing, a kind of. Quidam is meant to be a solitary figure lingering on a street corner,a nameless passer-by, one who cries out, sings and dreams within us all.
Quidam was first on stage in Montreal in 1996 for the inauguration of Cirque du Soleil's new head office and training center.The soundtrack was composed by Benoît Jutrás, and was released on 14 January 1997.

Delirium - Cirque de Soleil

DELIRIUM, a live music concert that pushes the limit of arena performance.
Inspired by some of Cirque du Soleil's most memorable musical moments, producer/arranger Francis Collard has revisited the works of composers René Dupéré, Benoit Jutras and Violaine Corradi, infusing new life into these cherished classics. Lyrics by Robbie Dillon have been added to the instrumental tracks, bringing a fresh, poetic dimension to the music. The result is a unique mix of percussive-driven pop, melodious ballads and worldbeat-inspired rhythms. Prepare to be transported into the magical, mystical universe of DELIRIUM.
In Spain they will be first in San Sebastián, Madrid and Valencia and from the 19 to the 22 of December at the Palau Sant Jordi.
