How to book an Apartment in Barcelona > Booking process

Choose an apartment

• One by one you can look through all the apartments with their descriptions, photos, availability calendar and prices, to find one that suits your purposes.
• Or by clicking on Availability search you can go through self-service apartment-booking search, to provide you a reduced list of apartments with their corresponding prices. Calculations are based on dates and number of people requested.

Check the Availability Calendar

• In the first case you will need to check the calendar to see if the apartment you have chosen is available on the days you expect to come to Barcelona. The calendar is absolutely on line so you will see if the apartment is available (white), has been pre-reserved (green) (pre-reservations are only kept 24 hours, time to make pre-payment effective) or has a confirmed booking (orange-red).
  

Check the Cost
To calculate the price of the chosen apartment you should take note of:

• The nightly price, for the number of people requested, that appears in the rates section of the complete information of each apartment.
• Remember: the rates depend on seasons, special events, congresses, fairs and holidays (see Terms and Conditions).
• The cleaning service fee.
• The booking fee.
• The breakage or damage deposit.

Book on Line

• Once you know your travel dates and have selected an apartment, click on Book now to fill in and send the On line Booking form with all the requested information possible.
• You will receive in return an automatic answer with:
• Your pre-reservation information and prices for you to approve,
• A booking code that you will need to include as the subject in all future communications,
• The pre-payment information.
• Remember that once approved the pre-reservation information, the calendar will automatically block out as pre-reserved the chosen dates (for 24 hours) to allow for the pre-payment to confirm the reservation. If the pre-payment is not received the pre-reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Payments

• To confirm your reservation a minimum pre-payment of 30% must be made (during special dates a pre-payment of 100% will be required). The client will have to pay this amount through a bank transfer (SWIFT) or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). For details see Payment Conditions.
• All remaining unpaid quantities will have to be made effective in CASH (euros)on arrival (please remember to make sure you have enough cash).
