The apartment

This spacious 90 m2, 3 bedrooms apartment has been recently furnished to a very high level, decorated with stylish comfortable modern furniture, and has nice a covered 8 m2 terrace with out door furniture.

• One suite bedroom with a double bed, clothes closet and a full bathroom with bathtub.
• One bedroom with two single beds.
• One small bedroom with bed and pullout under bed.
• Second bathroom with shower.
• Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric counter top stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, blender, coffee and tea pots, electric kettle and all necessary equipment for cooking.

The building:

Is a new modern sixteen-story construction with elevators, cristal glas entrance and a small garden with swimming pool, located cross the street from the Barcelona Forum Building of architects Herzog & de Meuron.

Location:

The Diagonal Mar Area has been newly developed after the International Cultural Event of the Forum Barcelona in 2004, that left to the City the beautiful and Modern Forum building from architects Herzog & de Meuron and the new Convention Centre, CCIB, together with the leisure Port Fòrum divided into two zones: the inner dock with 170 berths designed for boats of 10 to 25 metres and an outer dock with 31 berths for boats of up to 80 metres, the new Forum Swimming Area created by Catalan Architect Beth Gali formed by a stone beach with shadow areas and three Artificial Islands and the Parc del Auditoris with two Open-Air Auditorium with a capacity for 8,500 and 3,500 spectators. Outside of the 17 ½ Acres used for the event also new spaces have been developed like the Shopping Mall of Diagonal Mar and the three Towers of 4 Stars Superior Hotels AC Barcelona, Hilton Diagonal Mar and Barcelona Princess or the Special Diagonal Mar Park designed by Benedetta Tagliabue and Enric Miralles. Even though it is not close to the centre or the old town is very well connected with buses, the TRAM and the Yellow Metro Line that lives you in the Centre in less than 15 minutes.

Rates

Booking fee: 10.00 euros due to management expenses.
Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 60.00 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not not included in the rates.
Breakage or damage deposit: The owner asks for a deposit of 200.00 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Check in time: Normal check in time in this apartment is after 15:00hs.

Check out time: Check out time is no later than 11:00Hs.
Late arrival: Arrivals outside of working hours (9:00 - 21:00h) are subject to a late arrival fee of 30.00 euros to be paid in cash to the receptionist on arrival.

Early departure fee: All departures before 09:00 hours are subject to an early departure fee of 30.00 euros to be paid cash to the receptionist on departure.

*WI FI Connection: The owner of the apartment offers WIFI Internet connection in the apartment free of charge. Any incidence or problem concerning the Internet service due to the communications company that provides it (such as connection failures, signals, router, maintenance, etc.) WILL NOT REDUCE THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT.

Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona and to enjoy the stay. Clients MUST RESPECT the neighbours, as the apartment is in a residential block. No parties are allowed in the apartment, party outside. If the neighbours complain or the police is called it will result in immediate eviction without refund. 

The Meeting Point

The meeting point for this apartment is in front of the same building.
Please remember that once in Barcelona you must call to organize the check-in (allow for approximately 30 minutes minimum).
