Description of the layout:

• Terrace with Spa for 6 people (three 1.5 horsepower engines each), chromo therapy and shower.

• 4 double bedrooms with ingenious system for converting single beds into comfortable king size beds, wardrobes and multi-colour selection in the 4 rooms.

• Flat television in the 4 bedrooms.
• Double sofa bed in the living area with flat screen 46 "connection to 4 satellites and more than 500 international channels, DVD, Home Cinema and PlayStation 3.
• Big dining table with space for 8 people.
• Radio individualized for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Wifi rooms wired for the Internet and LAN for internal high speed.*
• Telephone with free local calls.
• 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with shower with colour backlighting.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, double hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, juicer, coffee, tea pot, carafe water filters, etc. Wine Cooler Refrigerator.

• Washer, dryer, ironing board and centralized in the wall vacuum cleaning system.
• Air conditioning and heating channelled independent in the two floors.
• 2 safes with size for a laptop.
• Crockery and complete all the elements of cooking required.

• There are sheets, comforters, towels, toilet and kitchen paper.
• Bathrobes for the spa are provided. 
• Beach towels are not provided. 
• 2 parking spaces in the same building available not included in the price. 25.00 euros total per night both.

The building:

 The building forms part of the complex build for the 1992 Olympics as residence for the athletes during the games. The designers of this building were the Fad Award (Fomento de las Artes y el Diseño) architects O.Bohigas, T.Mckay, J.Martorell. Its location is quite convenient just in front of the Olimpic Port with its bars and restaurants, the Hotel Arts, one of the most luxurious hotels in Barcelona, and the Mapfre Tower. Surrounded by green areas and close to the metro station Vila Olimpica from were in three stops you are at the Plaza Catalunya. A 5-minute walk to the Borne Neighbourhood, the historic center, the Port Vell, the Barceloneta Neighbourhood and a nice walk to the beaches Nova Icaria, Bogatell, Barceloneta and Mar Bella.

Location:

The Olympic Villa of Barcelona is a district located between the park of the Ciutadella and the center of the Poblenou Neighbourhood.
In the old days, during the XIX and beginnings of the XX centuries this area grew and became the Industrial zone of the Barcelona with big factories with brig buildings and tall chimneys. The Textile Industries were the most relevant, but there were also Metal, Chemical or Food Industries together with small artisan shops.
The change started on the year 1986, because of the nomination of Barcelona for the Olympic Games of 1992, and the interest to build in a big area of the Poble Nou the Olympic Village. The big old factories, many of them half abandoned already or divided into smaller industries with lots of undeveloped areas gave place not only to the buildings and installations for the athletes on the Olympic Village but also big open green areas and parks and the discovery that Barcelona had a long coast with lots of different beaches, before only garbage zone, like the well known Marbella beach or the Olympic Port with lots of interesting bars and restaurants on the area.

Rates

Booking fee: 10.00 euros due to management expenses.
Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 110.00 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates.
Breakage or damage deposit: the owner asks for a deposit of 500.00 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Check-out time: Check-out is no later than 11:00Hs.

*WI FI Connection: The owner of the apartment offers WIFI Internet connection in the apartment free of charge. Any incidence or problem concerning the Internet service due to the communications company that provides it (such as connection failures, signals, router, maintenance, etc.) WILL NOT REDUCE THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT.

Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona and to enjoy the stay. Clients MUST RESPECT the neighbours, as the apartment is in a residential block. 

No parties are allowed in the apartment or on its terrace, party outside the building. If the neighbours complain or the police is called it will result in immediate eviction without any type of refund.

The Meeting Point

The meeting point for this apartment is in front of the same building.
Please remember that once in Barcelona you must call to organize the check-in (allow for approximately 30 minutes minimum).
