Description of the layout

- A nice bright spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and armchair which opens up to an open, wide balcony with outside seating and views over the courtyard gardens.

- Second bedroom with two beds and lots of closet space.
- Third bedroom with single bed closet space and working table with chair.
- Complete bathroom with bathtub and shower fixtures and one half bathroom with toilet.
- Fully open equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, mixed induction and vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, electric kettle and all necessary equipment for cooking.

The building:
Is a classic construction from the first half of the 20th Century, 6 stories high with elevator, with two apartments in each floor giving to the street an to the inner courtyard of the block with nice patios and gardens, located in la Dreta del Eixample in the Quadrat D'or area..
Location:
In the middle of the Eixample Neighbourhood (development of the city planned by the engineer Ildefons Cerdà and begun in the second half of the 19th century due to the necessity to extend the city when the medieval old walls were torn down) there is an area called the Quadrat d’or or Golden Square that became at the time the center of the new bourgeois, exceptional area of Modernist Architecture with most of the buildings designed and built at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Private elegant bourgeois residences designed by a number of different important architects of the time providing a varied cross-section of Modernist style designs with interesting details on ceramic art, stained glass windows, wrought-iron work, relief’s, mosaics, wood work and statues. Some of the most important buildings located in this Area are Casa Batlló (Antoni Gaudí), Casa Lleó-Morera (Lluís Domènech i Montaner), Casa Milà (Antoni Gaudí) and Casa Ametller (Josep Puig i Cadafalch) all in the Paseo de Gracia Boulevard, and close in Aragon street the Building for Publisher Simon i Montaner (Domenech i Montaner) rehabilitated in 1987 to host the headquarters of the Fundacio Antoni Tapies. Some of these important modernist buildings have organized visiting hours. Casa Mila (La Pedrera) is currently the headquarters of the Caixa Catalunya Foundation, which manages various activities, exhibitions and concerts in the building parallel to the visits of different parts of the inside and the very special roof. Actually all the area is full of art galleries, elegant shops, terraces, bars and restaurants.

- an obligatory prepayment of 100% - (see Terms and Conditions).

Booking fee: 10 euros due to management expenses.
Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 90 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the above rates tables.
Breakage or damage deposit: The owner asks for a deposit of 300 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
Lost key surcharge: For every set of keys lost there is a 80.00 euros surcharge.
General Check in time: Normal check in time in this apartment is from 14:00Hs. If the apartment is available for check in (No previous check out on the same day) check in can be organized.
Late Check in time: Late arrivals from 21:00 to 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 30.00 euros. Late arrivals from 24:00 to 07:00Hs have a surcharge of 50.00 euros. (these surcharges must be paid to the receptionist in cash).
Check out time: Check out time is at 11:00Hs
Please note: Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights: These changes must be advised prior to arrival.
Once pre-payment has been made, which confirms a reservation, the reduction of the number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 25.00 euros administration fee for the recalculation of pricing.
But if the number of nights or of guests is reduced between 7 days prior to the arrival and the arrival - recalculation of the price is not possible.

Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona and to enjoy the stay. Clients MUST RESPECT the neighbours, as the apartment is in a residential block. No parties are allowed in the apartment, party outside. If the neighbours complain or the police is called it will result in immediate eviction without refund.

The meeting point for this apartment is in front of the same building.
